Each company in the group stands on the one before it. Ground is proven first, then quarried, then turned into concrete. A company is formed when the stage before it has earned it, and the first one is already at work.

We find where a business leaks money and time, write down how it really runs, and only then automate. The same practice builds the systems every company in the group will run on.

How we runEvery site measured from day one

The operations are being designed instrumented: cameras on belts, vehicles and plant, read by software, so whoever runs a site can see it from a phone or a desk instead of waiting for a weekly report.

It is how we intend to run our own ground. The consulting practice sells nothing it would not use itself.

We are assembling experienced project managers and engineers, alongside quarry operators who have run production sites rather than read about them. Names go up here as appointments are confirmed.
